Free Timeshare in Cabo San Lucas México at Pueblo Bonito Rose

1 BR Studio
Maintenance Fees : $768 every odd year
1 week per odd year

Mortgage is paid off. Only responsable for Maintenance fees every odd year.

Is this a "luxury one bedroom" or is it a "junior suite"? Junior suite has two double beds, but no separate bedroom. There might be another name or layout for a one-bedroom that actually has a separate bedroom.

I've been perusing the discussions about simply not paying the maintenance fees. I didn't pay for ours for a couple of years, and started getting more emails and phone calls, but nothing nasty at all. It appears we all could just stop paying. But...could we ever go back to Mexico?

Its the Jr suite. Yes i am considering just stop paying the maintenance fees. I dont care if it hits my credit at all. Not sure what will happen if going to México.

Do you know your contract expiration date? Based on what I've seen in the Facebook groups, most Rose contracts expire next year but there are some that go a bit further out.

I think the maintenance fees are for Life. The loan was paid off a while ago but the maintenance fees continue. I dont know if it ever expires.

If it's an actual weeks contract for Rose, it would have an expiration date. I think even the newer points contracts still have expiration dates but it's for 100 years. The older contracts were for 25 or 30 years. If you don't have your original contract, you should contact Member Services at 844-726-3623. Your billing statement from Concord will have your account number on it. Member Services should be able to tell you the expiration date.

Thank you for that info. I dont have the contract anymore. I will reach out to Member Services and see of they can email it to me.

I just realized that this is a free timeshare. @popeye3559 you need to know when your right to use expires. If it's an older contract it had a 30 year rtu. It's not permanent. You might check the Facebook group buy and sell.
