Anybody know anything about Progressive Realty Title supposedly in Boca Raton. FL but their license is listed in Fort Lauderdale.
 
Are you doing business with them? What terms did they offer you?

Never mind - I just checked - Did they tell you they can get your money back?

A: Research about our company speaks for itself. If you google other timeshare companies there are pages and pages of complaints (We do not).

Q: Can you help me recoop my money from other timeshare companies that have fraudulently charged me?

A: Yes, with the the seller having the correct proof that they had previously listed the property.

BTW - Their website isn't even 2 mos. old - created Sept. 30th!

They got their business license 9/28/10 - also less than 2 mos. ago.

Their business address is an apartment or condo in Ft. Laurderdale.

They "supposedly" have a buyer . Sent me a contract with buyers name on it. They want $1000 as a security deposit which will be returned when i send back the signed deed.
 
It's a TOTAL scam - don't do it, unless you have $1,000 to burn...

You have asked about 4 such companies - there is a simple rule of thumb here:

ANYONE who charges you a large upfront fee is going to scam you - PERIOD!

That's what I figured. Had another one last week. When I told him I didn't have 2000 he hung up on me. Getting sick and tired of these scam artists.
 
Get caller ID and an answering machine, and don't answer the phone if you don't know the caller.

Have you done any research to find out if your timeshare even has any resale value?

To see what your timeshare is really worth on the current resale market:

1) Register with ebay
2) Sign in
3) Search for your resort by exact name
4) From the menu on the left find the "Buying Formats" heading and click "choose more"
5) On the next page click "completed listings"
6) The next page will show you current selling prices

(Be sure you look at the completed listings - those are actually SELLING prices - you will find asking prices all over the place, but what really counts is what they actually sold for.)​
 
Trouble is I use only my cell phone.

I will check out ebay as you suggested.
