Private tour guide in Nuevo Vallarta

We will have 9 adults (4 young 50 somethings and 5 in their 20s). Has anyone used a private guide with van for sightseeing to save money that they could recommend? We definitely want to do the Verano Canopy tour, but may also like to just visit the forest in the mountains, some northern beaches, etc.

How about same for transportation from and to airport.

I have never used a private guide, sorry. ( When are you going I can be your guide LOL, just kidding).

I can recommend to you Vallarta Adventures for the Canopy Tour and many other tours. They are very reliable and professional and maybe can serve all your needs as well.

In Bucerias we found a tour agency called Scott's tours which can arrange private guides and group rates. We found his prices were much better than tours in PV. He was located on the other side of the bridge from the flea market. Several years ago we used a private guide for touring, but his van was much too small for your group.
 
I would check Vallarta Adventures. At one time they did offer private tours for large groups such as yours.
