Hello All, I am wondering if there is any way to see on HRC website whether we prepaid Maintenance fees on one of our contracts? I understand if we do not use our deeded week (either an internal trade or Interval), we must prepay. We had quite a few changes in our travel plans this year, and I'm unsure which contract(s) I prepaid.

I prepaid last year. I think i saw an entry in details under the contract, but once it actually got applied i think that entry was replaced by a breakdown of the payment.

So i am going off of memory - but it won't hurt to look.

I have only one contract, and when I tried to pre-pay maintenance fees last week, I looked all over the site and couldn't find a webpage on which to pay. I had to call Hyatt CS.

Now after paying thru CS, when I look at my contract, under My Account link, I see a minus sign for the MF amount, $-1352.33, and a due date of N/A. Also under Acct Summary, I have zero points under the HRPP column since I used my pts soon after.

Oh btw, the only way the CS rep could tell me how to bring up the MF payment page was to initiate a point deposit to EEE for an Interval trade (the II trade was my end goal). If you were trying to do an internal club exchange, the site would tell you to pay MF first, and I think then show you link to pay. I can't recall if I did that last year.
So best is to call CS to pre-pay. I didn't have too long a wait.

That sounds about right - a negative entry. Again, it went away when the MF bill came out around Nov and showed the details of what I paid.

And I have always had to call to prepay - they have to estimate it. This last time, the prepay was higher and included the club fee for the next year (a first). And the estimate was exactly what i ended up owing. Before i had to pay the club fee in Nov and a few extra bucks as the MF had increased - so then they must have just charged what was owed the previous year.

Thank you all so much. I will take a look following your advice.
