There is no way to determine from your seven word, detail-free inquiry which one of several different entities using this same name you might be asking about, but http://www.RipoffReport.com has a few accounts posted regarding a "Premium Destinations" which is supposedly based in Ormond Beach, FL --- if that happens to be the particular one in which you are interested, for reasons unspecified.
Seek and ye shall find...

I scanned some of you previous (at the time of this posting) 11 postings and some of them are basically the same but substituting with a different entity. Not to mention that you've been asking these questions for some two years now.
So now I'll ask, when you ask about these different questionable companies, what are you hoping these companies will do for you? I'll take a wild stab in the dark here and say that you're trying to get rid of your timeshare. If I am correct, then may I suggest reading the various stickies and articles here on TUG about selling timeshares, getting rid of them, how to identify scams, etc.?
They all have some very sound advice.
