Premier Resort Services- selling interval exchange weeks?

I have loss respects for BBB and its ratings system; if your business is deliberating or performing unsatisfactory work; all you need to do is pay your dues.

I spoke to them and they were super vague about how they got my info. Something felt off, especially when they mentioned upfront fees before selling anything.

Premier Resort Services is nothing but lies. I wouldn’t be surprised if they used the same lies on you that they used with the most recent BBB complaint. How a company can continue to get away with blatant lies for years is mind boggling.

“I received a call from **** with Premier Resort Services, LLC on January 20, 2025. She claimed that through my timeshare and *** I had 6 available weeks that I could sell because she claimed they had businesses waiting to book weeks for events.”

I had a similar experience a while back and got suspicious when they couldn’t explain basic details clearly. I backed out fast. If you're trying to actually use your weeks, I’ve had better luck booking directly and planning around locations I want, like searching for and seeing what’s available on my dates. At least then I know what I’m getting into.

Premier Resort Services continues to blatantly lie on the phone in their (largely successful) efforts to steal money. They continue because, sadly, they can. Who is going to stop them? A homeless person stealing a $7 sandwich at the grocery store will be treated more harshly than this company, who is stealing thousand of dollars from thousands of people.

While their accreditation was revoked, Premier Resort Services is still rated B- at the BBB. Here is a snippet of a recent BBB complaint in which the customer claims this company spoofed their ID on the call to deceive the timeshare owner. This illegal act was added to their regular lies.

“I was called by a phone number with "Wyndham" in the title so I answered it since I own with Wyndham. It was Premier Resort Services and they told me about a fantastic offer for me to allow them to rent my unused RCI weeks. I was told I have six weeks to use and since I was not going to use them I went along with it. They charged me $300 for each week for a total of $1800. This call and charge was on Feb 13, 2025. They told me they guaranteed me success by May 13. I heard nothing.”

Let me guess. PRS will "respond" to the complaint thus keeping its B- and not dropping down to C or lower.

I mean at some point if people want to donate their money to scammers, there is little anyone can do.

-I was called by a phone number with "Wyndham" in the title so I answered it since I own with Wyndham.

-It was Premier Resort Services and they told me about a fantastic offer for me to allow them to rent my unused RCI weeks.

So someone called on a "Wyndham" number, said they were some rental outfit PRS, and offered to take money to potentially rent their RCI weeks.
