I am currently in the process of closing my week 31 Foxrun resort (2br). I am hoping to have the process completed in 4 to 6 weeks, then get my II memembership and then finally bank my week.

I know this isn't ideal but because the process isn't complete yet, I don't have much choice. My hope is to bank my week 31 through II and try and get in Orlando for week 35.

From what I am told this unit will typically pull Marriots in Orlando, but I am getting concerned because of the timing (normally I would already be confirmed at this time?). We are stuck to that week this year (because we didn't know we would be getting a unit) but open to different resorts. The only true restriction is it must sleep 8 and be week 35.

Am I stressing over nothing or should this not be a problem.

Thank you.

If there is a lot of excess inventory in week 35, you might be able to pull a Marriott. Typically, Wyndham resorts do not pull Marriotts in an ongoing search. I pick them up in Flexchange and sometimes when I am just lucky, but it is always when there is lots of inventory available. Orlando is way overbuilt with Timeshares, so I hope you get lucky. I hope whoever sold this to you did not lead you to believe you will be pulling a lot of Marriotts with this week. I do have friends who have visited this resort and really enjoyed it, but it is not like for like with Marriott.
I own Wyndham points so I am in the same system.
I would think you will be able to trade for a resort in Orlando, it is way overbuilt.

Foxrun is in II and RCI. I assume this week is in II. That is where the Marriotts are. If you join TUG, there is much to learn about II. I might can help you get a bonus week. Good luck on getting your first exchange. Let us know how it works out.
