Potential cost of rental Harborside 1 bedroom March 2015

What are the chances/cost of getting a rental at harborside Atlantis 1 bedroom in march. Using miles for flights its cheaper to fly to NAS with avios points and then to Miami where we are ultimately going. If I am going to NAS I will want to spend a week at Atlantis. I have a year to check out and research prices but any guidance here would be great.

Look at the prices on Redweek for March 2014 - that will give you a good idea. Note that there are 2 different sizes of one bedrooms.
 
Chances are good of getting a rental.
Costs are not low.
Atlantis Family Fun is another good place to look for a rental.
 
My sister in-law actually just booked a 1br at Harborside for March and got a pretty damn low price(Under $2,000), so it does seem that rental inventory is still available.

I've never stayed at Harborside, the website seems to list Five different 1br units.
