In today's Island Packet newspaper there were at least 50 Port O'Call foreclosure notices. They will be auctioned off on November 28th at Reba Management (843-842-5583). There are varying weeks available at varying starting prices (contingent on the lien satisfaction amount). Most are between $1,000 and $2,000.

While I have never stayed at Port O'Call, they are fairly close to the beach in Shipyard Plantation on Hilton Head island, SC.

Just so all are aware, I do not own Port O'Call nor do I have any vested interest in them. Just thought I would let Tuggers know about the auction if anyone was interested as it appeared there are good deals to be had.

I do own at Port O' Call. This is very interesting. When I was there in Aug, I went to the resort update, and was told that there is still a high demand at the resort, and that Reba Mgmt was still buying back timeshare contracts for as much as $8000. It is a lovely resort, about a 5 minute walk to a deserted section of beach. My points are for a 3 BR cottage, which is just amazing.
