There's an article in The Garden Isle News that said they had a blessing and
They are ready to start the project. They say three to four months but we'll
See if it's done when we're there at the end of February.:D

I just returned from a week at Pono Kai in an oceanfront unit. The sea wall is nearly completed. The work started at A building and has progressed almost past D onto the adjacent property. The path was diverted onto the grass of Pono Kai which made for tough biking on terrain instead of finished smooth pathway surface for those folk. The grass will be replaced when the fencing comes down that diverted the path users. The sand that built up for shallow beach and the shrubs are now gone but I presume all will, in due time, return. It is quite a pleasant outcome.

Upcoming trips: Torres Mazatlan Xmas 2 weeks, Vallarta Torre January, Los Tules January, return to Pono Kai February 17 - see you there perhaps, Jeff.

Thanks for the update. Looks like even with Hawaii time it should be finished
Before we get there. Hope to see you there. We'll be in A307 from 2-20-16 to
3-5-16.

Sounds good. We'll be there in January - first time at resort.
