I stayed at Sapphire Beach Club #2637 this past January and was told by them that the only room configurations they had was what was in the RCI guide.

I've searched points the last two days and keep coming up with unknown configurations and point values to obtain them. Here's what I'm seeing:

23 Dec 06 (7 days) Four different studio units, all 2/4 configuation with point values ranging from 41000 to 44500 points. The RCI point guide shows 41000 points only!! Two of these have partial kitchens (41000) and two of them have full kitchens (one for 42500 and one for 44500points).

23 Dec 06 (7 days) Two one br units. Both 6/6. One with partial kitchen (66000) and one full kitchen (69000). The RCI point guide shows no 1 br 6/6 configuration. All it shows for 1br is 4/4 for 55500 points.

23 Dec 06 (7 days) There are two 2br units avail with partial kitchens 6/6 config for 76000 points. The RCI point guide shows 80500 points.

23 Dec 06 (7 days) There is one 3br unit 8/10 config with a partial kitchen for 117,000 points. There are no 3 br configurations in the RCI point guide and the only 8/10 configuation is for 88,500 points.

Hopefully you can see why I am so confused. I understand that resorts sometime change their room configurations but since I was just there less than a month ago and was told by management that the 2br 3ba villa units were the largest available how does RCI all of a sudden come up with a 3Br with only a partial kitchen???

Seems to me like there is something wrong here. I've sent the resort another email but as usual I haven't received any response. Your help in clarifying this would be appreciated.

Got the email back from this resort today and I'll quote. "Dear Larry, We do not have 3Br units only 2Br unit. the villa's are also only 2Br units. If you have any further question please contact me. Kind Regards,

Irona cannegieter
Reservation Dept (ext 515)"

If I didn't know any better I would think there's a little points gouging going on here. As I don't think that RCI would do that, it appears there is a computer glitch somewhere. Can you please look into this and let me know? As always, thank you.

Larry

Madge do you think I can get an answer on this from someone?? I know you're busy answering more pressing inquiries but I've sent this to feedback@rci.com twice now and haven't even got an acknowledgement of their receiving it!!! Thank you.

Bucky,

If you didn't receive a bounce-back message from feedback@rci.com, then your e-mail provider may be blocking it as spam. Please check to see if it's held up there and send your message again.

There has been an issue with a couple of the unit configurations we have in our system for Sapphire Beach. We're working with the resort to get the wrinkles ironed out. I do still show some lock-off units at Sapphire Beach that are listed as having three bedrooms, made up of a two-bedroom for six and a studio unit. Sorry for the confusion.
