I just purchased two Australia points weeks. My account was set up a few weeks ago, I logged in and had my 91,800 points. There is an expiration date of November 30, 2005 on those points.

A VG called to say that I now have 91,800 points in the system, starting today. He said I cannot possibly have points that expired yesterday. I have the RCI page printed (hard copy for proof) that still had that on my account today, even though those points were supposed to expire yesterday.

Troy LeBlanc at RCI insists that this is just a computer error. I told him I paid maintenance fees for my weeks during closing and that my next fees were not due until April of 2006. He says I cannot have those points because I am a new points member and no new points member starts out with old points. What is true here?

Cindy,

The points may need to be added. Please send a message to feedback@rci.com with TUG in the subject line. If necessary, the Communications Team can contact our staff in Australia for clarification.
