Point transfers across owners

I would like to make a reservation for a December family vacation in Hawaii but unfortunately do not have enough points in my account this year. I need 270K 2025 points. Welk is sending me a form that allows point transfers across member accounts. I am willing to pay the maintenance fees to the point owner and hope there are members out there who are current on their dues but have not been able to use their points. Can anyone help?
 
I only have a booking window of 60 days on my account, and am concerned that the property may no longer be available by the time I'm inside that window. If someone would book the property for me, I would be more than willing to pay them for that and the guest fee to allow us to use it.
