point systems now display all sales history records for linked resorts

Not sure why this was never included, but it is now!

sales history records for point systems now include all the completed listings for that point program etc.

for instance club wyndham: https://tug2.com/resorts/resort/Club-Wyndham-Points/price-history

working on a way to display more information on the original listing (like the title and description)...or even a way to view the original listing completely but im not sure how much of that data is actually kept going back more than a few years!

anyway, a neat view for point system values...might turn it into a graph or chart or something using all the data points!

Thanks for this but what are the steps to get there from logging in. The site doesn’t make it easy to find this for a novice.

I’m not very familiar with the Marketplace or with tug2.com, and when I go somewhere my iPad Mini doesn’t show the path for me. So can you please tell me where to tap on the banner at the top (Resorts? Marketplace?), where to tap on that drop down, etc.? I’d especially like to find Kona Coast Resort II, the deeded Shell resort, but I’d also like to be able to cruise around other systems. TIA!

Well crap, for some reason the actual point programs are not showing up in the drop down search list (they should, so this is a glitch I will get fixed).

note currently the points programs DO show up in the resort search results, but are ALLLLL the way at the bottom.

note these listings only include: 1. listings marked as sold via the TUG marketplace and 2. those listings that specifically indicated they were POINTS ownerships. (ie fixed/floating/other weeks at resorts within these systems posted as non points listings would not show up)

see above, this is my mistake and will correct. these point programs should show up when searching regular resorts etc and for some reason they do not. they are clearly there, but im just not sure why the browse/search feature is excluding them from the results list.

So this includes no deeds? For instance HGVC- they all say “ Points- Points”. The challenge with not including all sales is that a resale of a deed is different than a resale of points, which prospective owners should be aware of those differences.

all these are completed listings from the marketplace that were explicitly posted as points so if someone posted a HGVC listing at a specific resort without indicating it was an points ownership, it would not show up there.

will work on trying to display the title/description data to provide more insight on what was originally posted with the listing. will just have to see how "big" that makes the query results. hopefully that will help with more information for many point systems such as hgvc, at least it should be able to indicate which resort the listing was created for.

appears we can easily display the resort name for these point listings, hope to get that added tomorrow as a start. that should make the data much more usable right off the bat.
