Madge,

I recently deposited two weeks for points and the amount of points deposited to my account reflects only 1 week. Does the login in RCI allows me to view my point history as to what has been deposited and which resort was deposited? How do I find it? If not, will RCI consider having them available on line?

I already emailed RCI asking what was desposited but having the information available on line would be helpful

The vacation counselor for points can tell you what week has been converted to points. I always call to check on the status of my weeks for points deposits.
If one of your weeks were for 2007, the points will not post until 2006. The vacation rep can tell you how many 2007 points you have waiting to be shown in your account.

Determining which week was deposited for points received requires human intervention at the moment. However, as ELE points out, a Guide will be happy to check this for you. Or, you can send a message to feedback@rci.com and the Communications Team will be pleased to help.

We do hope to provide more online options for Points members in the future; however, I do not know yet if this will be one of them.
