On Oct 14th we got two bills. One bill for our trusts and one bill for me.

By Diamond logic we had two separate weeks and needed to pay the special assessment over 3 years rather than five. :eek:

Each of our two weeks is owned by my trust and my wife's trust. Therefore, we should have been able to pay off the special assessment in five years

After numerous attempts at resolution I called the CEO's Office on December 14th and they said it would be resolved in two days.

Got a call from "Earl" from Corporate who emailed me the bill.

Now they claim I owe $10,594.96 by the end of December 2011.:hysterical:

So it has gone from bad to worse.

Time to contact my lawyer.
