What exactly is Plus Partners?
Does it transfer with a resale?
and is there any benefit to it really?

It is a program that the only real benefit is to get you into RCI points so you can stay for weekends instead of booking whole weeks. In the past this is how people had been able to get DVC with wyndham points but now that is available to everyone with RCI weeks. It does not transfer to resale and it costs $2495 at last check to add it to an account. There are other benefits of being able to turn points into airfare, cruises, and car rentals but is not a good value for the mf cost. unless you want to do weekend/short stays through RCI there really isn't much benefit to add it and it adds 3 cents per thousand points onto your MF.

We did an owners update at Bonnet Creek in October and they really try to push the Plus Partners. The woman told my husband how she bought more points and then used them to buy dinner gift certificates and even gift certificates at the home depot. To this day my husband thinks that is the funniest thing he has ever heard. We should pay Wyndham money to buy points, then pay maintenance on those points and then use the points to buy gift certificates for other things. :hysterical:

I think for someone that may have the benefit as part of their original purchase its a nice way to get rid of those pesky extra points but never something I would pay for.
