PLEASE rec'd your closing/title company for hawaii?

Can someone please rec'd their escrow/closing company in Hawaii? Im trying to buy a Marriott Ko olina property and Ive contacted 4 different places all with vastly different quotes. I just prefer a place that is familiar with doing them in Hawaii (and preferably Marriott). thank you!

First American Title

We were very happy with First American Title when we bought a week in Poipu last month. The closing costs were about $1250, but it covered the escrow, title search, transfer fees, and title insurance. They're the company recommend by RedWeek.com and they handle many resales in Hawaii.

Title Company

I use Stewart Vacation Ownership based in Florida. They are part of Stewart Title (who have offices in HI). I use Julie Evenson and she is wonderful and gets it done faster than any other company I have used.

We used Time Transfer Inc. out of FL and had a great experience. Would definitely recommend them.
