Here are two views from last week. One from our balcony in Taormina and one from ours in Matera (Sassi).

Don’t know why they show blurry but if you click on them they look fine.

Building 1 room at Villa Roma. Adding to the "interesting" location. Still not the worst view I've had though - that was one with only construction...

Hey, I've been there. Never been in that water since there was always snow on the ground, but hung out in that clubhouse a few times.
Made me check their mountain cam. It looks like they're getting a dusting of snow, right now maybe

We're back at Northstar in between ski/mountain biking season to visit family. We sure didn't expect snow this late in April!

What a difference a day makes.
Friday:

Saturday:
They received over 6" of snow but it has been melting quickly.

temps in Bay Area supposed to jump back up today, so it should be better than Friday by Tues at latest

My tolerance for this 30 degree nonsense has gotten a bit low, lol. I am glad to hear that we will be able to get outside without winter clothes soon!
 
Heck, even 58 degrees is *cold* here in San Diego! I miss 75, I want it back!
