Airbnb and Vrbo have a well known marketplace with millions of renters. While you may have been seeking something totally different, it doesn't mean it is the best thing to do. You are correct! I guess I just don’t know how to go about it on that way when it comes to those type of platform. I will definitely look more into it. Thank you so much for the input.

Ours it’s valued at around 500k. We build another 2bed 1 bad apartment on our top roof as it was part of the deal we could do that. So in reality 2 separate apartments.. 2bed 2bath downstairs and 2bed 1 bad upstairs
