MVCI originally stated that they expected to start sending e-mails to all owners on a staggered basis starting this past Wednesday. However, my guess is that a significant number of owners have found out about the new system from TUG, from logging into the MVCI website, from the Marriott press release and from contacts from salespeople. Many of those have bombarded Owner Services with questions, some of which the reps were not prepared for. Thus, I think until MVCI is comfortable that the reps can do a better job of responding without having to put callers on hold, those e-mails may have to wait.

No reason to worry. There are no deadlines that any current owner will miss if they don't get notified until next week or the week after or whenever.
 
We have already receive an e-mail and snail mail communication about the new program. If Marriott was smart about this they would track who has logged on to the website and not send communications to them until later in the year if they haven't enrolled yet.
