Just received confirmation that Marriott are not exercising ROFR for a gold week Playa Andaluza resale that we purchased for £5,000.

Bought it through Aberfoyle Holidays and so far the transaction has been fine if not a bit long winded but that's because there're so many parties involved.

Would recommend Aberfoyle if anyone was wondering whether to purchase through them.
