Are you sure that your Platinum membership isn't expired, or you are looking in a different II membership that doesn't have Platinum?
Nope not expired until 2029. Yes,i pointed out that one of the benefits listed is the Escape. Thats where she advised only certain members of platinum get it. Do you think she was misinformed? I am not looking for a getaway right now but if I am paying for something I would like have access to it.
I certainly hope so. There are people who get Plat just for the escapes
Definitely misinformed. I am not Platinum and I received an email about the platinum escape and it said only available to platinum members. It ask me to upgrade.

Interval International provides direct email for TUG member support
I have recieved notification today that Interval has created a special email address specifically for TUG members who need direct assistance with II questions/concerns/issues. tugmembers@intervalintl.com feel free to use this email for appropriate situations where perhaps the regular website...

I reached to the Tug support email that was shared. With some background to what is going, I asked for confirmation that Platinum Escapes are not available to all Platinum Members, only those who are targeted by Marketing.
I will keep everyone updated as Platinum Escapes could be an influencing factor in someone choosing to upgrade or not.
