Plantation Beach Club at Indian River Plantation Resort

The Hilton sticky has the following for the flex seasons for the Plantation Beach Club at Indian River Plantation Resort in Stuart Florida:

There are three flex seasons.
  • Flex A is deeded weeks 1 to 4 and may flex into weeks 1 thru 4 only.
  • Flex B is deeded weeks 16 to 34 and may flex into weeks 16 thru 34 only.
  • Flex C is deeded weeks 35 to 50 and may flex into weeks 35 thru 50 only.

Does anyone know how weeks 5 - 15 are handled. Is there a separate flex season or are they fixed weeks?

I own week 52 there which is not on your list. Week 52 is a pure fixed week.

Other hgvc affiliates have pure fixed weeks for weeks 5-15 plus a flex ownership weeks 5-16 with no guarantee of any of those weeks, you must request up to a year out and lotteries occur.

There is an in house realtor at the resort, I will suggest you call to find out.
 
I own a fixed week there but never use it, preferring to take the points and go elsewhere. I have visited and it is a nice getaway.

I kinda freaked when the 1st piece of paper I got after enrolling it in HGVC was a confirmation for my home week, but quickly realized that all I needed to do was cancel.
