Per II website, "Situated on the Atlantic beachfront of Hutchinson Island, Plantation Beach Club is located within the 200-acre (81 hectares) Indian River Plantation. Each unit has an oceanfront screened porch. On-site are a large heated pool, outdoor whirlpool, sauna, gas grills, and free Wi-Fi access. Additional amenities within Indian River Plantation include an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, fitness center, dining, a children's playground, and live entertainment and dancing in the evening." $700 OBO includes II Guest certificate.
