I believe the fees are higher than that for an annual ski week. I have a newsletter at home with the current fee structure. I have a gem of a week in week 23, which is high season in RCI but has a very low MF. I think it's around $331 for the week. I think the ski weeks are 3X the amount we pay.

I just emailed back and forth with a board member/ friend at Val Chatelle, and he owns ski weeks (used to be on the board of Pines at Meadow Ridge), and he says the fees are $1,263 for the ski week. Maybe you owed a balance of $500?

The fees are still worthy for a President's week at Pines. It's recently been updated and is very close to the sledding hill with the lift that everyone loves, and it's also very close to Winter Park ski area. Safeway is just below the resort. We love the area.

I don’t owe any balance but My bad so I just double check it’s odd years only contract 500$ pay every year so it’s 1000 for one week every 2 years u get plus discounts use if want even years and rci usage … still cheaper than 1263 quoted but around there

I appreicate u checking me because I forgot was odd year only and had spacey moment

Still the fees for 2025 are going to be half of $1,263. When it goes up for 2026, your fees will be half of the new amount. Everything is 100% fair with EOY vs annual memberships.

I cannot believe I am arguing this point with anyone because it is how it is with EVERY timeshare resort. Half fees each year, or full fees for odd or even years, however it's billed, you will not pay less for usage. Do the math.

I own an odd week with Innseasons resorts in New Hampshire, and they bill their odd weeks in full for the use year, with no billing in non-use (even) year. So it may not be norm, but some resorts only do bill on the use year. That said, it's best to confirm all details with resort, especially if the maintenance fee like given here looks incredibly low or a very round number, and expect rates will go up from current fees.

I’ve already triple checked with resort it’s 500 per year but u only get it on odd years so 1000 per usage .. it could go up as all do but it hasn’t yet
