That is what I was looking into. Looking at cost including yearly mf. Thanks for the advice to look at two three bedrooms. That would maximize points. I do understand I would need a developer purchase. What I am unclear on is which resorts are eligible. Would any resort that is in RCI be accepted?
I am just putting together information for myself, as time is on my side. When I bought, I did so with the intention of one vacation week a year in a really nice condo. Now having a timeshare, I find that I will use it altogether differently. While I will still take a week vacation, I will take multiple two day weekday stays in Orlando. So far, as I have been playing around on reservation system, I have found availability at Bonnet Creek and Star Island two and three weeks out as well as at 8 month mark. With the exception of March, which I cannot travel anyway. Even booked 2 days for my anniversary for 18k at Bonnet Creek. Cant beat that. Have temporary silver for 2016 and 2017.
