Phone # for accounting dept?

Madge, what is the direct phone # for the accounting department to straighten out charges to a credit card?

I've called 3x, and have been given 3 answers.
The first gave me the # for the rewards line.
The second gave me a fax or modem #.
The third told me there is no phone #.

But once before I did speak directly to the accounting dept.

RCI's Accounting staff do not interface with members directly - only with member accounts.

Our Customer Service staff is more than happy to try to help with financial issues and can liaise with Accounting on your behalf. You may ask to speak with a supervisor by telephone or send an e-mail to feedback@rci.com and enter TUG in the subject line. The Communications Team can also help.

In the past, I've had a few accounting issues with RCI.
I emailed feedback and they took care of it within a day or two.

Feedback is a great source of help.
