I didn't follow up on my last year's posting, so I'll try again...

Plantation Beach Club at Indian River Plantation is a nice, little TS on the beach near Stuart, Florida. It is a Hilton Grand Vacation Club Affiliate. Enrollment is voluntary. If enrolled, you get 8000 points per year with HGVC legacy benefits (club & RCI bookings, and eligible for "Destination Exchange"). The unit is a 2-BR fixed week #4 (Gold Season). PBC's internal flex system are Weeks #1-4.

Your first use year would be 2026.
MFs and Taxes (2025-$1,842) are next due 1/1/26 with a 45-day grace.
Optional HGVC club dues (2025-$219) are billed separately.

Closing Costs:
As an Affiliate, there's no HGVC transfer fees. I will pay all closing costs...
Estoppel Fee, closing agency (LT Transfers), and recording costs. You pay $-0-.
If you elect HGVC, there's an onsite HGVC rep and an activation fee ($399).

We've stayed there several times. It's a nice resort.
