First of all, let me say that I know that I was very lucky to sell my Harborside in today's economy. The buyer and myself chose fellow Tugger, Dave Heine with PCS Title to do the transfer. I am very glad that we did. Dave was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and great to work with! His associate, Kattie, was equally as good. Both informed me of the steps in the process from beginning to end. Everything went along as it was told to me in a timely manner. As a seller, I know that my part of the process takes less time. The papers were sent out and returned. I got my check from the seller within 2 weeks from the start. (The buyer was very on the ball too.) I highly recommend Dave and Kattie. I would not hesitate to work with them again whether I was buying or selling.
