Advice please.

Fell on some tough times and about $2500 behind. I would be fine giving this away if someone could make it current. Just keeping up is not an optional financially.

Thoughts. Advice all welcome.

unfortunately It would not be worth $2500 even if it were paid off. you would have to bring the account current to even give it away :(

moving this to the free timeshare forum, though you cant ask $2500 for it vs just give it away so let me know.

Have you asked the resort about a deedback in lieu of foreclosure? Worth a shot. They may deny the request or they may just ask you to pay the past due amount. If so, it would be much less painful going that route than bringing it current and then trying to give it away.
