Park City studio ski timeshare at Park Plaza

We have a ski studio at Park City which we are selling for $200. Ski week, floats 1-52. Your cost will include closing and the buyer transfer fee of $100. Closing done by seller, a licensed real estate broker.

Park Plaza is the best of the independents in Park City. It is a very well run resort that gets a lot of repeat visitors. They have a free shuttle to the ski slopes and they are located in Prospector Square. We find that it is very hard to exchange into Park City. For skiers this is a great deal. Annual MF are $455 and are due Dec. 1 which includes taxes. You basically save 40% over a hotel room in Park City. The Resort trades both in II and RCI.

You can plan your vacation one year ahead and get the best fares. Any week is available to you, but the most popular weeks like Xmas, New Years, Sundance or Pres. Week have to be reserved one year ahead by pre-paying dues.

This is a compact studio unit which only sleeps two. It is a bit bigger than a hotel room and does have a kitchenette and a dinette table. The resort has an indoor pool and spa. For quickest response please email us at: hobby328@yahoo.com. Thanks.

This Park City ski timeshare is free!

I may not have accurately described that we are giving away this great little Park City studio timeshare. The timeshare is free, you just have to pay $100 closing cost and $100 transfer cost and if you want to use this year, reimburse for the maintenance fee - if you want to use next year, you would only have to pay the 2013 maintenance fee.
