Paris in October

Ah yes, the bread and pastry shops! We found that a later afternoon "snack" of a fresh hot baguette smeared with wonderful French butter held us wonderfully until dinnertime. And I simply HAD to have a pain au chocolat every day......even McDonald's on the Champs Elysee has them (they have a little coffee and pastry bar right inside the door.....and outdoor seating!)
