If so where can we rent or trade? I never see this area on II.

Neither exchange company has a whole lot of inventory there. April-Sept I think would be very hard to find. October through March if you are fairly wide open to resorts and dates you might be in luck with an ongoing search.

Wyndham through rci makes some deposits but again not really anything April-Sept.

I think most owners during those times either use it themselves or rent it out vs depositing with an exchange company. You might have luck with an ongoing search started 8-13 months in advance but if you are hoping to make a manual exchange during those times it probably won't happen.
