Here is my Club Wyndham plus assessment which includes the higher program fee with plus partners, which is .56 per 1k. This is also a bi-annual 210. which is the same as an annual 105.

Maintenance Fees: (105,000 / 1000) * $2.92 = $306.60

Total HOA Fee: (105,000 / 1000) * $3.48 = $365.40
Program Fee
Program Rate for 1,000 Points: $0.56
Program Fee: (105,000 / 1000) * $0.56 = $58.80
CLUB WYNDHAM Plus Assessment
Annual Fee: $365.40 + $58.80 = $424.20
