Palmetto Section in Sheraton Broadway Plantation/Myrtle Beach

I am in the process of making reservations using SOs at SBP. I understand the Palmetto section is the newer of the two sections. Can someone tell me which buildings are in that Palmetto section? I understand those villas are slightly larger than the other section (Plantation)? Thanks for your help!

This information will needs to updated BY SOMEONE WHO HAVE STAYED at THE SHERATON BROADWAY PLANTATION recently.

CHECK - IN BUILDING FOR PALMETTO PHASE:

FRIDAY: BUILDINGS 19 - 20
SATURDAY: BUILDINGS 18

Did the Sheraton complete buildings 21- 28 ?

I own there.
17-20 and 26 exist. The others weren’t built.

I don't know if they are larger. Our daughter stayed in a Palmetto, we stayed in Plantation last June, and the Palmetto living and kitchen didn't seem as big. But maybe they are very similar in size.

I would be surprised it the newer section was larger. In all of the Vistana properties I have stayed at, (including SBP) the idea has always been to increase density (decrease unit size, increase building size) to increase profitability. I would be surprised to hear that newer sections would actually be larger than older sections, but I enjoy a good surprise!

Our one stay at SBP was in Plantation, and the units reminded us very much of Cascades or Lakes at SVR. I would be hard pressed to tell the difference if someone dropped my in there blindfolded.

2 BR lock off Palmetto 1595 sq ft
2 BR lock off Plantation 1335 sq ft
2 BR dedicated Palmetto 1215 sq ft
2 BR dedicated Plantation 1030 sq ft

At this point it doesn't matter that Palmetto is newer, the question is when were the various villas refurbished.
