I am downsizing my current Hawaii timeshare holdings. I still own at both Bali Hai and Shearwater, but I won't make much use of this one, so I'm giving it away. Whoever takes it just needs to pay for the title/transfer fees.

What are the MF? Do you pay 1/2 every year or whole amount every even year?
