I am downsizing my current Hawaii timeshare holdings. I still own at both Bali Hai and Shearwater, but I won't make much use of this one, so I'm giving it away. Whoever takes it just needs to pay for the title/transfer fees.

Pahio Bali Hai Villas 2br/2ba Upper Level (in Princeville Kauai), Even Year biennial. This is a floating week, so you can choose your week by calling in advance. Maintenance fees are current, and the next date you can start using it is January 1 2026.

Hi, sorry for the late response, I was travelling.

The maintenance fees are only paid every other year...the next bill will arrive in December of this year for the 2026 use year.
I obviously don't know what the MFs will be for next year, but last year it was $1,550 (about $4.76/1,000, to get a sense of where it stands compared to Club Wyndham MFs)

It was $1,550 last year, will probably be slightly more this up coming year.
