Can someone tell me where Unit #425 is? It is said that it is a one BR 2 BA but my questions is: What building is it in and where does it face? Ocean, parking lot, or pool? Any infor will help. TYIA
Wyndham Founder; Disney OKW & SSR; Marriott's Willow Ridge, Shadow Ridge and Grand Chateau; Val Chatelle, Pines at Meadow Ridge and Twin Rivers in CO; Hono Koa OF (3); SBR(LOTS), SDO a few); WKORV-OFC-4 and Westin Desert Willow.
Unit 425 is in building 4 and will be on the second floor, but it won't have any kind of view of the ocean. Bali Hai is a distance back from the ocean. It probably doesn't have a pool view either, but I don't really know for sure. I threw away my map of the resort a few days ago. It will be an older unit, since they now have about 14 buildings built, and one of the first was building 4.
Don't count on the new clubhouse being done. A very good friend was just there a few weeks back and saw the same huge hole that has been there for years. They keep promising, and have been promising for several years now, but no such building exists, nor is the new large pool even started. Wyndham is doing a terrible job at Bali Hai, in my opinion. Sure, the new units are gorgeous, but what good is a beautiful unit, with amenities shared by hundreds of people, all at once. They need to finish that clubhouse, or owners are going to be even angrier than they are now.
