How much TPU needed for a close in date? Is it available also in RCI getaways? I might book Marriott Harbor Lake but just in case I got RCI in time, Bonnet Creek seems equally good.

So RCI has less availability for Fall than they did a few weeks ago, but right now there are 1 bedrooms for 4 TPU in November. I get 62 for my best trader (locked off and deposited), at $19.20 per TPU.

There were a lot for October that were very cheap to book. I believe I posted under sightings. You can get bargains, and Wyndham doesn't charge additional fees, as Hilton does.

I wonder if RCI is feeling the pinch of their outrageous $299 exchange fee. It's definitely made me back away from RCI, but RCI does have some resorts worthy of the cost of the exchange power + exchange fee. Bonnet Creek is a bargain through RCI right now, fall dates. Anyone can book it.

I kind of hate the "sort of RCI" I get via HGVC and Wyndham cause all the stuff straignt RCI people say makes no sense to me lol. But I have to figure RCI is counting on people not counting the MFs and seeing it as a - hey I can get something for the sunk cost for "only" $299 + fees. I really only like it for Extra Vacations at this point where the entire cash cost is low.

Thanks. At 4 TPU it’s a steal. I’m looking for end of August and II has all of Marriotts in getaways for about $100 a day in 2-bd.
