I should know this but do not. I have a legacy week that I enrolled. I never elect points anymore, do I still have to pay the $255 annual dues? Even if I never elect points anymore.

You do as long as the week is enrolled. You could unenroll it, then you would no longer have to pay the dues.

I haven't used the option to convert to points, but having my legacy weeks enrolled served me well during Covid. I lost nothing and the Interval exchange cost savings was and continues to be well worth the dues IMO. Something to consider...

Do you trade through Interval International? If so, you are probably saving money by being enrolled. If all you do is go to your home resort, then the Club Fee is kinda wasted, but you never know what will happen with travel plans down the road.

In addition to the II account and ability to elect, there's the waiving of the transactional costs such as II MVC to MVC exchange, cancellation and Trading for Bonvoy fees.
Before you commit to unenrolling double check the detail for something that you might consider to be of value and take into account that they have the ability to charge a fee for you to re-enrol.
