We are planning a trip to Orlando, but one guest has difficulty with stairs. I see 7 resorts in Orlando, do they all have elevators for the higher floors? Thanks for any info you can provide!

What are the names of the seven (7) resorts you are looking at? There are more than seven (7) timeshare resorts in Orlando, Fl.

Just the Marriott's. Sabal Palms, Imperial Palms, Royal Palms, Cypress Harbor, Harbor Lake, Grand Vista, Lakeshore Reserve.

I think only Sabal Palms has no elevators, but it is only two stories tall.

Grande Vista & Harbour lake for sure have lifts, we have stayed in both.

To the OP, please ask/tell tell Marriott’s reservations personnel you need an ADA accessibility handicapped villa/room; with a villa that have an elevator access.
You may need to telephone or write the resort prior to checkin to request your accommodation request. Now with the new checkin form ; there is nowhere you can request this. This will solved your problem IMO.

Also, the majority of Marriott’s timeshare resorts will have elevators IMHO.
We have only stay at Grande Vista in Orlando, Fl.

Good luck and have a nice stay in Orlando.

Thanks everyone! So it sounds like the only one I have to worry about is Sabal Palms, which I was actually considering (because of BocaBoy’s recommendations I’ve seen previously). If I stay there I will be sure to request a first floor. I’m Chairman’s Club so I should have a pretty good shot at that, especially if I contact the resort as Pedro47 suggested.

We were just there a couple of weeks ago, definitely no elevators. But would definitely stay again, we liked it. We did stay on the second floor as I don't mind carrying the luggage, but some day...

Sabal does have a sunken living room....so if your guests do not like any steps, keep that in mind.

He’s asking the question under MVC, which other resorts in Orlando do you think he was inquiring about? It was pretty obvious he was talking about Marriotts.

There won't be any issue in getting a first floor room at Sabal Palms. Just tell them in your pre-arrival communications that this is what you you need/want.
