Enjoy Christmas week in a One-Bedroom Villa at the Sheraton Vistana Resort, just minutes away from Disney World! I have already reserved a one-bedroom villa for Friday, December 20, 2019 to Friday, December 27, 2019. I am asking $700 for the week, with no other charges.
I also have the same type of suite available for check-in Saturday, December 21, same price, and one for check-in Monday December 23rd at the Vistana *Villages*, for $750 -- I will be listing these separately here soon.
This one-bedroom villa is in the Cascades section. It has a dining/living room with compact kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a balcony. It also has a clothes washer and dryer. This is a stand-alone suite, not part of a lock-off.
The resort has been extensively renovated in the past few years. The Vistana has lots of things to do, including multiple pools, places to eat, tennis, sauna,, game room, and more!

My additional comments: I own a number of timeshares, mostly Sheratons, which I rent out often. I have extensive feedback (800+, all positive) on eBay, and accept credit card payments via Paypal. I provide my renters will a signed rental agreement. Please contact me with any questions!
