Giving away an annual timeshare. Vacation Village at Parkway in Kissimmee FL. Week 18 every year. (roughly end of Apr-1st week of may).
Split foyer with 2 separate apartment type rooms. Sleeps 8 total.Each with balconies and full kitchens.
Awesome pools at this resort. Very close to Disney etc.
Maint fees have been $785 annually. They are not locked in so they can change a little bit every year.

Maint fees paid for this year already.

Deeded property. Will pay closing costs myself.
