Options for getting rid of HGVC contracts

IMO, I would follow @alwysonvac advice first in post #6 above for the Bay Club deeds. For the Kalia Suites, 1BR gold season deed, I would offer it in the free TS forum. If you can not deed back the Bay Club deeds to the HOA, I would then also place them in the free TS forum. You have saved 2024 pts and current years points to offer to the new owners, so I would have the buyers pay all fees.

Thank you. This is VERY helpful!

also, the Bay Club owners now have access to Destination Xchange, if you wanted to use them versus giving them away. That broadens there use a lot.

I recently gave away an affiliate TS (Plantation Beach Club at IRP in Florida) by listing it both in the TUG Marketplace and here in the "Free Timeshares" forum (under Buying, Selling..). The taker saw it in the Marketplace and wanted my exact week . He had paid thousands for "official" purchases and felt lucky to get it for free (as had I). I paid the closing costs.
