Madge,
I am at OLCC and went to the RCI office and spoke to a guide there to extend my one plus one week that will expire on 3/31/06. I wanted to extend it for 3 more months (at the fee charged) and was told that is not possible. I explained to her what I have learned on Tug about the extension
and what you have said, and she said it is still not possible.

I wanted to call the RCI office and speak to a supervisor and they dialed for me. The supervisor told me that one plus one weeks are no longer good and they are the same as a bonus week or extra vacation and there was no need for me to extend because, the extra vacations are just the same as the one plus one. What is correct? I told her one plus one was cheaper than extra vacations and she said they were not. Such confussion!

ljane,

I'm sorry to hear of the conflicting information. What can be confusing to Guides with One-Plus-One is that the reduced pricing only displays for the targeted One-Plus-One regions. When space in other regions is displayed (which it can), the standard Extra Vacation pricing appears.

I'll see if we can get a new communication out to our staff about the One-Plus-One program. If you will send an e-mail to feedback@rci.com and enter TUG in the subject line, the Communications Team will help you with the extension.
