Anyone own at One Napili Way?
Can you share what the maintenance fees are?

There appears to be one for sale in the Marketplace with maintenance fees listed at $807. I saw another listing elsewhere with similar maintenance fees. For a three bedroom, that sounds really attractive.

It does. It’s an every other year so I’m assuming the total maintenance fee is 1600.00?
