I would have to believe that one hour was a mistake.

I don't think you could drive around the island in an hour, let alone see anything.

The island IS small but the roads are narrow and windy and not marked really well hence my comment about knowing where I was going lol!!!

Was there this summer. 1 day sounds about right. 1 hour wouldn't do much at all.

You can take the half day or the full day tour. I think the half day tour is enough.....The will take you to the major points of interest.....but wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty, especially if you take the half day jeep tour as opposed to the a/c bus.

Can someone give me the name of a good tour company??? The half day trip sounds good. I don't think I would like to be in a jeep or a van for a full day, especially since this is our first trip to Aruba and we only have 7 days. I realize there is much to see and do but hopefully I will return and be able to see the rest. As for this trip....I'm mostly looking for the best beaches and good food. YES!!!!!

If you click 'exploring the island' link on the website, then click which tour you want to take, it will take you to the options of half day or full day tour.
