Located in the Waikoloa area on the big island of Hawaii (20 minutes north of the Kailua-Kona airport) is where you will find the amazing King's Land by Hilton Grand Vacations timeshare. The property is extensive and feature three pool areas with waterfalls, jacuzzi's, etc... There is also a free shuttle to the Hilton Waikoloa hotel where you can enjoy a meal, drinks, luau, and sunsets.

There were grills, a fitness center, and all the other amenities that you expect from a high end timeshare. Staff was great. Also, there was free parking.

Looks like we just missed your stay. We checked into a 1BR yesterday. It’s been 6 years since we stayed here and we did manage to get to the pool area for about an hour last night. I don’t remember it being as expansive as it is. We’re at the North end of the property facing the golf course. Nice report.
