OLCC 1 in 3 rule

I stayed at OLCC in May 2005 on a RCI exchange. At the time I was not an OLCC owner. I purchased an OLCC unit in late 2005 and banked the 2006 week with RCI. I recently sold the OLCC unit but kept the 2006 OLCC week in my RCI account. Will I be able to exchange into OLCC during the summer of 2007 with my banked 2006 OLCC week without violating the 1 in 3 rule due to the fact that I am no longer an owner at OLCC. I really want to stay again but don't want to risk getting the exchange cancelled by the resort.

Because you are no longer an Orange Lake owner, you will be held to the one-in-three rule along with other exchangers. You will not be able to visit the resort on exchange until 2008.
